The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives through tasks such as managing schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and handling clerical duties. While the position requires work from the office for certain responsibilities, there is flexibility for some tasks to be conducted remotely from home. Qualifications Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder managementExpertise in Diary Management and scheduling meetingsCompetence in Clerical Skills, such as record keeping and organizing documentationAbility to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and excellent time managementBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferredProficiency in commonly used office tools, software, and technology
