Engineer Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaker)

ResponsibilitiesManage the entire technical process, from overseeing product orders and imports to installation and final client delivery.Lead the installation of mechanical products at client sites and perform regular maintenance.Supervise, train, and mentor local assistant engineers to ensure smooth product installation and maintenance.Facilitate clear communication between the Japanese Manager and local staff.RequirementsStrong background in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.Holds JLPT N3 or able to communicate in Business Japanese.Min. 5 years' experience in a technical engineering role, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.Familiar with electrical or mechanical tools for manufacturing industry is a plus.Familiar troubleshoot technical issues and lead a team in finding effective solutions.
