Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer based in Surabaya, Indonesia. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and applications. This includes implementing software development best practices, optimizing back-end processes, and collaborating with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration. The role allows for a mix of in-office work and work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Experience in Front-End Development and general Programming knowledgeExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work modelBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with frameworks and tools relevant to back-end development is a plus
