Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive assistance to senior leadership.*Only required to come to office when necessary (typically twice a week). ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Manage the Director’s schedules, meetings, and appointments.Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, visas, and expense claims.Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.Communication: Serve as the key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.Document Management: Draft reports, presentations, letters, and confidential correspondence.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with integrity, sound judgement, and utmost professionalism.Project Support: Coordinate and support ad-hoc initiatives or special projects driven by leadership. RequirementsProven experience as an Personal Assistant, Business Support Executive, or similar roleStrong character: confident, discreet, and emotionally intelligent; able to handle sensitive matters with care.Highly organised, proactive able to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to changing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Strong judgement, critical thinking, and a willingness to push back respectfully when necessary.High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information
