Personal Assistant to CEO – Gulberg Greens, IslamabadWe are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and versatile Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with international clients, and assist in social media marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and handle confidential documents.Liaise with internal teams and coordinate with USA-based clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Maintain effective communication between the CEO and department heads.Assist in social media management, including content scheduling, post tracking, and engagement monitoring.Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand presence across all social media platforms.Track campaign performance, compile analytics reports, and suggest improvements for online reach and engagement.Handle follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of projects and commitments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in executive assistance or social media marketing.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Experience working with international or USA-based clients will be a strong advantage.Must maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.Location: Gulberg Greens, IslamabadTimings: Full-time, Office-basedSalary: Market competitive, based on experienceOffice: Gulberg Greens, IslamabadWhatsApp: 0304-2649902Email: jobs@virtualdatasolution.com
