Job Title: Personal Health ManagerLocation: Dubai (Home Base) – International Travel RequiredExperience: 4–7 years in Healthcare, Nutrition, Wellness Support, or Preventive CareReporting To: Actor / ManagerRole OverviewThe Personal Health Manager will be an integral part of the Actor’s core wellness team, overseeing daily health discipline, medical follow-ups, nutrition planning, and lifestyle monitoring. This role requires full-time availability, high discretion, and the ability to travel continuously for shoots, events, and international schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with doctors for medical reviews, prescriptions, test updates, and follow-ups.Ensure accurate consumption of supplements, nutrition plans, and protein intake as advised by medical experts.Maintain daily meal routines and align with cook/nutritionist for compliance.Track hydration, sleep quality, rest cycles, and overall daily energy levels.Maintain structured daily health reports, vitals logs, and monthly health summaries.Prepare, organize, and carry all health-related essentials, medications, and supplements for travel and shoots.Monitor and replenish all medical and wellness inventory.Maintain consistent discipline and adherence to daily health routines.Travel 24×7 with the actor and ensure full readiness for dynamic schedules.Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Skills & QualitiesStrong knowledge of nutrition, preventive care, and wellness routines.Effective communication skills for coordinating with doctors and internal teams.Highly organized, disciplined, and structured in planning.Calm, proactive approach suitable for fast-paced, constantly changing schedules.High integrity, responsibility, loyalty, and discretion.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented, health-conscious, and committed.Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.Positive presence and a team-focused mindset.Strong alignment with the long-term wellness goals of the actor.
