This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative legal team that values professionalism, client service, and community connection.POSITION OVERVIEW:Our client is seeking a driven and organized Legal Assistant to support their personal injury team in managing complex cases from intake through trial. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced trial attorneys, contribute to meaningful client outcomes, and be part of a firm that genuinely values its people and their growth.PERKS:Competitive salary starting at $60,000-$65,000 annually.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous paid time off and paid holidays to support work-life balance.Collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a highly respected firm.RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare legal correspondence, motions, and filings in both State and Federal Courts.Assist attorneys with discovery, document management, and trial preparation.Manage personal injury case files, including coordinating with claims adjusters and clients.Request, organize, and prepare medical records and evidence for hearings and trials.Maintain case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing systems.Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email.QUALIFICATIONS:Experience supporting personal injury or litigation attorneys in a law firm setting.Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and electronic filing systems.Proven ability to manage sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive annual salary of $60,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience, plus a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan participation.ABOUT OUR SEARCH FIRM:Scion Staffing is a national award-winning staffing firm!
