Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sector 6 for a Personal Loan Executive. The Personal Loan Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing loan applications and documentation, analyzing customer eligibility, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and financial partners. The role also includes following up on leads, promoting loan products, and ensuring a high level of customer service to meet individual and company objectives in the personal loan segment. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively reach out to and manage client relationships.Knowledge of loan application processes, documentation requirements, and financial products such as personal loans.Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets in promoting loan products.Basic proficiency with financial systems, CRM platforms, and ability to work with data efficiently.High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.Relevant experience in financial services, sales, or customer engagement is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
