Position Title: Personnel CoordinatorIndustry: Human Resources ServicesLocation: Maadi, CairoEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personnel Coordinator to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group.Job Responsibilities & Duties:Follow up on resolving insurance-related issues, including Form 1 (enrollment), Form 2 (employee data update), and Form 6 (termination), and prepare detailed reports accordingly.Coordinate and complete inspection procedures required by government agencies, with clients.Handle the opening and closing of company files at various social insurance offices.Manage procedures related to work follow up with medical committees and government health insurance.Respond to and track customer inquiries and service requests.Monitoring the company's outstanding debts and following up with the finance department for payment.Qualifications:Good understanding of social insurance and labor law.Ability to handle governmental procedures and documentation.Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and official entities.Excellent organizational and follow up skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks with accurancy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.Familiarity with administrative correspondence and tracking systems.
