FCG is committed to delivering high-quality products to meet the diverse culinary needs of its global customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist (Quality & Food Safety), based in Egypt. The Training Specialist will oversee organizing, facilitating, and conducting training programs, with a focus on quality standards and food safety protocols. Responsibilities include designing instructional materials, delivering engaging training sessions, assessing outcomes, and fostering continuous learning and compliance among team members.QualificationsBS.C of Science or Veterinary, Agriculture.At least 2:4-year experience in Micro Food LabGood computer skills.Excellent command of EnglishFood Safety Training Iso 22000, GHP / HACCP /BRCGSStrong skills in Training & Development, Training, and Instructional DesignKnowledge of quality assurance and food safety regulations in the agro-food sectorAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentKey Responsibilities:·        Develop annual and monthly training plans covering all topics related to Quality and Food Safety (GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001.).·        Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to different employee levels.·        Work closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to schedule and ensure training participation.·        Update training content based on audit findings, incidents, or new customer requirements.·        Maintain complete training records for all employees (attendance, evaluation results, certificates)·        Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to the Quality Manager
