Join us, the future is ours to shape!Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:Drive Competitive Sales Growth by identifying and prioritizing high-potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) through data analysis and influencing prescription decisions.Boost Sales Performance through skillful orchestration of positive, memorable customer experiences beyond clinical differentiation.Engage in Value-Based Conversations (in-person and virtual) to uncover customer challenges, decision drivers, pain points, and opportunities.Personalize Customer Journeys for target HCPs by reflecting preferences, leveraging content, and using multiple engagement channels to build sustained collaboration.Establish Strong Relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at territory level, challenging behaviors to improve patient journeys (right patient, right time).Develop Deep Customer Insights by gathering business intelligence, following up on feedback, and sharing insights internally to shape content, campaigns, and interaction plans.Deliver Value to Customers and Patients through compliant cross-functional collaboration, creating solutions for unmet needs, and acting as a trusted, ethical partner.Act with Integrity and Honesty by treating customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully, speaking up when facing ethical dilemmas, and always doing the right thing.Essential RequirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:Established Network to target Customer Group desirable.Experience in sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business.English language basic knowledgeSecondary school or university degreeProficiency in PC work (MS Office is mandatory)Excellent communication and organizational skillsWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
