This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety and protection of facilities, assets, and personnel, while upholding the highest standards of global security compliance.The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, proven leadership experience, and a solid understanding of data center security management.QualificationBachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security or protective services, preferably within the data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure environment.Strong leadership, operational management, and communication skills.Proficient in English (spoken and written).Background or certification in Occupational Health and Safety Management is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day physical security operations to ensure 24/7/365 protection of facilities and personnel.Develop, implement, and maintain physical security policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Manage and evaluate security vendors and guard services, including staffing levels and budget oversight.Administer Access Control Systems, CCTV Surveillance, and incident response protocols.Lead investigations of all security and safety incidents, and implement preventive measures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design & Construction, IT, Operations, Sales) to ensure compliance with global physical security standards.Conduct site inspections and ensure continuous improvement of physical security systems.Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance across all data center operations.If you meet the qualification and interested please kindly to send your updated CV to: 📩haifa.usman@nityo.com | with subject: Security Manager - [Your Name]!ONLY HIRING FOR INDONESIA PEOPLE!
