Our backers include Accel, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sprints, and TPG.Information About The PositionAs a Physical Security Specialist, you will be a part of the Group Security domain, supporting the whole Vinted organisation. Within the team, we manage technical and organisation measures that protect our assets, information, and personnel from physical threats and vulnerabilities. The current focus is on the expansion of Vinted Go’s logistics business, while also maintaining, supporting and expanding current physical security infrastructure in other locations.In this position, you’ll Manage and oversee the installation and maintenance of physical security infrastructure (e.g. OS and firmware updates, fault monitoring and recovery, backups, system security controls), including access control, CCTV, and alarm systemsConduct physical security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security and privacy risksDesign technical solutions for onsite personnel to improve incident deterrence, and response time (e.g. secure workstations for controlled direct access to CCTV footage, AI-enabled capabilities)Develop software integrations and automations across systems (e.g. integrating physical access permissions with workforce directory)Define technical requirements and authorized standards for security hardware and softwareSupport with principal design and oversee new premise openings, to verify that security measures are in place and operating as designed.
