Our cybersecurity team in the Baltics is expanding, and we are seeking an IAM / PAM Specialist (Mid-level). This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), eager to further develop their expertise in an international environment.Job location: Tallinn, Vilnius, or RigaMain Responsibilities:Contribute to the implementation, administration, and optimization of IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Delinea, ForgeRock) for multinational and local clients, working as part of a team. Support the design and execution of authentication, authorization, and cryptography processes; participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation activities. Assist in ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF; take part in audits and compliance processes. Participate in the analysis and audit of access logs, risk identification, and preparation of reports and recommendations. Provide input and support to clients and team members on IAM/PAM topics, contribute to training sessions, and help resolve complex issues as needed. Collaborate with local and international teams, contribute to solution architecture discussions, and support process improvements. Experience:1–3 years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM (implementation, administration, support). Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field. Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged account management. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, JSON). Experience with IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint). Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and compliance. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or IAM/PAM-specific certifications are an advantage. Analytical thinking, independent problem-solving, and effective communication in English. Our offer:The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2700 to 4000 EUR.
