Job Description

Length – Six month fixed term contract (likely to extend)Qualifications & Skills: MUST have own visa and insurance – the company will not provide theseBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or arelated fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace toolsGood written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and take initiativeTeam player with a proactive mindsetKey responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors during onboarding, ensuring all documentation iscomplete and up to dateMaintain the central repository for supplier contracts, risk assessments, andcompliance trackersUpdate and manage scorecards, performance trackers, and vendorassessmentsSupport the due diligence process by liaising with internal functions (IT Tech,Compliance,Legal)Follow up with vendors and internal teams for clarifications, missingdocuments, or approvalsHelp prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items forvendor service review meetingsMonitor contract expiry dates, renewal timelines, and service delivery SLAsAssist in data entry, document control, and generating basic reports fromExcel or shared toolsSupport ad hoc procurement requests and internal process documentationAbout the Role:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive who will support the Supply Chain &Vendor Governance Lead in managing day-to-day operational and administrativetasks related to vendor onboarding, procurement, risk tracking, and compliance.
