We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.Starting with the role:We are looking to hire a Planning & Budgeting Advisor to join our Planning & Budgeting team.During your day you will:Develop and revise Company’s Budgets and Business Plans and propose respectively to senior managementCoordinate and consolidate the Budgets and Business Plans of Group subsidiaries for senior management approvalEnsure alignment across Group Companies by applying common planning assumptionsPrepare variance analysis and other financial evaluationsDevelop Budget & Planning Department reporting, to be approved by senior managementCoordinate projects related to budgeting and business planning processes, in cooperation with Head of Planning & BudgetingMaintain and update tools used for budgeting, business planning, and decision-makingWhat you need to stand out:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.Master’s degree, preferably in Finance sector or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory)Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Group of Companies with diversity and complexityProven background in preparing financial and business reportsSolid experience in business planning and budgeting processesFamiliarity with tools and applications for budgeting, planning, and decision-making tools and applicationsStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and WordKey skills/attributes:Critical thinkingProactivityAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAnalytical skillsAttention to detailAdvanced numerical skillsEffective communication skillsTeamworkPresentation skillsOur Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving upWhat gives us energy:Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #actionContinuous learning to empower our teamsCareer Development opportunities across the Motor Oil GroupCompetitive compensation package*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
