Job Descriptions Prepare, develop, and update the detailed project schedule using Primavera P6.Monitor daily site progress and analyze variances between planned and actual performance.Issue weekly and monthly progress reports with time–cost correlation.Coordinate with site engineers and management to identify critical activities and delays.Support decision-making by providing clear performance indicators and recovery plans.Prepare dashboards, cash flow curves, and forecast reports.Ensure alignment between the time schedule, project resources, and financial flow.Report directly to the Senior Site Architect and Project Manager.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.3–5 years of experience in planning and project controlExcellent command of PrimaveraStrong knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Good understanding of construction sequencing and productivity analysis.[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
