Run what runs the world.Diese Position Berichtet AnGlobal Procurement ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in in the Virtual IPU, within Critical Power Business Line. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.This role is contributing to the Critical Power Business Line worldwide. Main stakeholders are Procurement, Logistic, Agile Team and Quality.Work model: hybrid ( hybrid)You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForOwning the Virtual IPU supply planning process, keeping the RDCs and LSOs relationship and coordinating the Agile Team with sales to ensure the correct Master data management, ensuring no duplication are applied and driving the inventory management, optimizing them according to the company’s targets, while ensuring high customer service level.Establishing and maintaining inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines. Responsible for the inventory checkbook process and related periodical follow-ups/monthly reviews.Leading regular discussions with Supply units and Suppliers on inbound issues, planning parameters, reverse logistics, etc.Leading/contributing to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions, Supply units and Suppliers.Qualification for the roleYou are immersed highly skilled in Planning and delivering and in the UPS market.You have 5 years of experience in RDC environment and/or Planning Management.
