We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive our flagship projects to success. This is a high-visibility role for a leader who excels in a dynamic, result-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project schedules from planning to commissioning. Prepare high-quality weekly reports for Senior Management and clients. Monitor timelines, procurement, and project logs; address delays or issues promptly. Conduct site visits to ensure schedules reflect on-ground progress.
Use project management and presentation tools to communicate status clearly. Mentor junior planners and promote best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 7+ years of planning experience (3+ years in a managerial role). Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project reporting. Strong understanding of CPM and multi-project management. Excellent communication and stakeholder reporting skills. Azerbaijani: Fluent; English & Turkish: Upper Intermediate.
