Plant Engineering Head

Experience Required:- Minimum 10 years experience in leadership position in plant engineering and maintenance in chemical manufacturing or chemical processing plant.- Preferred if experience is in polymer resins manufacturing or paints manufacturing industry.Education: B.Tech - Chemical engineering or similar field. Job Role:- In charge of complete plant maintenance and engineering projects.- Lead team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.- Plan and execute engineering projects- Upgradation of existing plant and new expansion projects.- Spares management and planning.- New engineering and maintenance vendor development.- Reduce plant related costs by introducing new technology and upgrade equipment.Benefits:- Company to provide work visa (renewable every two years).- Company to provide group medical insurance.- Company to provide vehicle and pay vehicle related expenses.- Annual performance based bonuses.- Return air ticket to home city once per every two years.- Food and Accommodation to be managed by employee.- Family status can be discussed- 1 month per year leave.- Excellent savings potential.
