Arabian Oud blends heritage with innovation to craft world-class perfumes, incense, and essential oils that capture the essence of timeless elegance and cultural richness.Job Purpose:The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in elevating our brand presence and driving business growth across digital channels. This role is responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social platforms, executing campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategic thinking, and technical capability to support both organic and paid marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across markets and channels.Manage and publish high-quality content across the website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing assets.Execute SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Sitecore.Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.Manage day-to-day social media operations: posting, scheduling, engagement, community interaction, and sentiment monitoring.Collaborate with the creative/design team to develop digital assets including images, animations, videos, and visual campaigns.Conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, and drive improvements in ranking and discoverability.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other measurement tools.Prepare regular digital performance dashboards with actionable recommendations.Support A/B testing, experiment design, and continuous UX and conversion improvements.Track competitor activity and digital trends; recommend opportunities for differentiation and innovation.Collaborate with e-commerce, product, branding, and operations teams to improve user experience and customer journey.Coordinate with agencies, partners, and advertising platforms on media execution and budgets.Ensure brand identity, voice, and tone are consistently represented across all digital touchpoints.Support digital capability building by exploring new technologies, tools, and best practices in the marketing stack.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEO are an advantage.2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content production, or related role (retail experience preferred).Strong writing, editing, and brand-storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across channels.Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Sitecore, etc.).Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign performance measurement.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
