About the roleLexisNexis is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Support & Sales Operations Manager to support our MENA CEO and regional sales organization. This dual-role position combines high-level executive assistance with strong sales operations and analytical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage the MENA CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and travel.Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting follow-ups.Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and wider team.Process expense reports for the CEO.Manage purchase orders for the broader team.Sales Operations & AnalyticsProcess and validate sales orders with accuracy and strong attention to detail.Maintain and organize sales documentation.Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and regular KPI reporting (pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, forecasting accuracy, etc.).Monitor CRM data quality and structure while ensuring consistent data hygiene across the team.Produce ad-hoc performance reports for senior leadership covering productivity, territory insights, and revenue trends.Support commission calculations, quota allocation, territory planning, and incentive modeling using Excel and/or BI tools.Conduct win/loss and sales cycle analyses to support sales strategy and enablement initiatives.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth process flow.Serve as the primary administrative contact for the team, managing logistical needs, coordinating resources, and facilitating effective communication.RequirementsProven experience in executive support and/or sales operations.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.English fluency is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.Experience working in a multinational environment preferred.About UsLexisNexis, a part of RELX, is a leading global provider of legal, regulatory, and business information.
