You will set the roadmap, guide your team, remove roadblocks, and make sure platforms stay reliable, sustainable, and aligned with organisational priorities.What You Will Actually Work OnCreating a clear product roadmap with business ownersManaging upgrades, changes, and platform improvementsStrengthening engineering and delivery practices across the teamLeading a team of eight or more specialists, with support from a Product OwnerReducing technical debt and improving stabilityManaging risk across high impact financial and asset processesWorking with vendors and internal teams on technical issuesDriving value from our investments in core enterprise platformsWhat We Are Looking ForYou are someone who brings structure, calm, and clarity in environments with many moving parts. You understand platform ownership and know how to balance competing needs without losing sight of long-term goals.You Will Bring Strong experience managing enterprise platforms or products Hands on background with ERP or asset systems (Authority, Datascape, Infor IPS, or similar) Experience leading a technical team Solid delivery discipline and understanding of engineering practice Confidence working with senior stakeholders Ability to turn business goals into a technical plan that makes sense Experience working with modern delivery methods Strong judgement around risk, prioritisation, and sequencingWhy join usYou will join a capable Digital Services group with a clear mandate to stabilise, modernise, and innovate. You will also be part of a team that values practical delivery, trust, and good leadership.QualificationsOo puumanawa me oo wheako | Your skills and experienceStrong analytical capability and the judgement to make sense of complex financial or asset related information.Solid working knowledge of ERP and asset management systems, including configuration, integrations, and operational support.Proven experience managing enterprise platforms in a multi supplier environment.Experience guiding delivery across concurrent streams of work while keeping risk and priorities clear.Confident communication skills that support constructive engagement with technical teams and senior business leaders.Experience lifting delivery practice, engineering discipline, or team capability.Tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.Understanding of financial and asset management processes and how these shape system design and platform decisions would be adventageous.Additional InformationHe aha te wariu o te utu kaimahi? | What’s the salary?
