We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates.Requisition ID: 75082Responsibilities【業務内容】・Establishing process conditions for plating and wet processes, stabilizing processes through equipment improvements, and ensuring quality.・Improving and stabilizing differences between equipment by approaching both processes and equipment.・Establishment of a method for monitoring process/equipment status using equipment data such as FDC and equipment logs.・Establishment of optimal process flow (including establishment of measurement method).・Promote cost reduction efforts for plating and wet processes and equipment.・めっきおよびウェット工程におけるプロセス条件の確立、装置改善による工程の安定化および品質の確保・プロセスおよび装置の両面からアプローチすることによる装置間差の改善・安定化・FDCや装置ログなどの装置データを活用したプロセス／装置状態のモニタリング手法の確立・測定方法の確立を含む、最適なプロセスフローの構築・めっきおよびウェット工程および装置におけるコスト削減活動の推進Essential Requirements【必須（MUST）】・Experience in process technology/equipment technology for BAW/SAW filters and semiconductor devices, especially in the plating and wet process (More than one out of the two skills needs to be achieved) (Experience: 5 years or more).・Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.・Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.・Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization.・BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスに関するプロセス技術・装置技術の経験、特にめっきおよびウェット工程に関する経験（いずれか一方以上のスキル必須／実務経験5年以上）・失敗を恐れず挑戦できる姿勢、物事に前向きかつ主体的に取り組む姿勢・論理的思考を活用した課題解決のプロセスに取り組む能力・組織全体の最適化を意識して行動できる力Desired Requirements【歓迎（WANT）】・Experience in equipment monitoring using FDC and equipment log data other than plating and wet process.
