该职位来源于猎聘 Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the data statistics of research projects of the quantitative and qualitative research business department;Managed department business contracts, followed up settlement and payment matters;Responsible for connecting and managing suppliers, following up cooperation process and cost management;Administrative arrangements for quantitative and qualitative research project coordination, visit support and other departments;Interview, test organization, project quality control, etc.Basic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above; 3 years or above experience in department assistant, administrative management or department supervision;Have certain experience in cost management, supplier management, inquiry, etc.Market research industry, consulting industry Client Service related work experience is preferred;Have good English reading and writing skills for workplace communication;Objective and correct, strong sense of confidentiality, a high sense of responsibility and good communication skills;Careful, with a good sense of service.岗位职责: 1. 负责定量和定性研究业务部门研究项目的数据统计工作; 2. 管理部门业务合同、跟进结账及付款事宜; 3. 负责对接并管理供应商,跟进合作流程及费用管理; 4. 定性研究项目协调、访问支持等部门行政安排; 5. 定性访谈、测试组织安排及定量定性项目质量把控等。 基本要求: 1. 本科及以上学历; 2. 3年或以上部门助理、行政管理或部门督导类经验; 3. 对费用管理、供应商管理、询价等方面有一定经验; 4. 有市场研究行业、咨询行业的客户服务相关工作经验优先; 5. 具备良好的英语读写能力,能用英文作为工作语言; 6. 客观端正、保密意识强,有极高的责任心及良好的沟通能力; 7. 为人细致认真,具备良好的服务意识。
