PMO Analyst

This is an opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to support a complex, multi-stream program within a mature PMO environment, ensuring delivery governance, reporting, and project alignment across a high-profile portfolio.The RoleAs the PMO Analyst, you’ll work closely with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to drive visibility and consistency across delivery streams. You will manage program reporting, maintain RAID and governance frameworks, and help uplift PMO processes within an enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport program governance, standards, and project controls across multiple streams.Produce high-quality portfolio and executive reports, dashboards, and metrics.Maintain RAID logs, project plans, and financial tracking documentation.Assist with resource planning, forecasting, and change control processes.Coordinate steering committee packs and governance meetings.Ensure compliance with enterprise PMO and delivery frameworks.Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience as a PMO Analyst or Project Analyst within large enterprise programs.Proven background in Financial Services and/or Healthcare environments.Strong skills in Power BI / Excel / MS Project / SharePoint reporting and data analysis.Understanding of governance frameworks (PRINCE2, MSP, PMBOK or Agile).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.What’s on Offer6-Month Day-Rate Contract – likely to extend on a long-term program.Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in the Melbourne CBD office.Collaborative culture with strong executive sponsorship.Opportunity to contribute to major transformation initiatives in critical industries.
