12-month contract opportunitySupport a large, high-profile integration programWork closely with PMO Lead, Project Managers & Workstream LeadsWe’re looking for a PMO Coordinator to join a major transformation program. Reporting to the PMO Lead, this role will provide structure, governance, and coordination across multiple streams of work, helping ensure delivery readiness for go-live.What you’ll be doing:Support PMO governance, reporting, and program controlsPartner with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to track actions, dependencies, and risksHelp coordinate cutover planning and readiness activitiesAssist in cascading PMO tools, templates, and processes across the programManage onboarding/offboarding and maintain resource modelsMaintain SharePoint and other communication tools to keep information current and accessibleContribute to process improvement and lessons learned activitiesWhat you’ll bring:Experience in a PMO coordination or project support roleSolid grasp of project reporting, administration, and governanceStrong stakeholder management; you’ll liaise with vendors and internal business teamsExperience in utilities, industrial services, or large-scale transformation programs (preferred)Tertiary qualification and/or PMO or Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI, P3O, etc.)If you enjoy bringing structure to complex programs, collaborating with diverse teams, and keeping projects on track, we’d love to hear from you.BH5875
