Job Description

We are looking for a Project Planning & Control Engineer to join the defense systems plant within IAI’s Missile & Space Systems Division.The position includes:Planning, monitoring, and control throughout the project lifecycleBudget control with a critical perspectiveRisk assessment within projectsBuilding and managing detailed project work plansCreating status reports and real-time project overviewsWorking with multiple interfaces, including subcontractors within IAI, the finance organization, and plant managementRegular reporting to the division, board of directors, external auditors, and banksHandling additional operational aspects such as procurement requests and delivery documentationWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or Business Administration – requiredAt least 2 years of experience in project planning and control – requiredExperience in building and tracking project work plans – advantageStrong command of MS Office, especially Excel – requiredFamiliarity with SAP and WBS management – advantageExperience with MS Project – advantageStrong analytical skills, teamwork abilities, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksWillingness to work overtime when neededAbout the Division:The Missile & Space Systems Division is divided into six plants: Defense, Missiles, Space, UAVs, Air Defense, and Technologies—each a pioneer in its field, standing at the forefront of advanced and groundbreaking technology worldwide.The Defense Plant has annual sales exceeding $500 million, with a carefully selected, winning team in every project.
