Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and results-oriented PMO Manager to oversee strategic projects at Our Group. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and effective stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and scopes that align with business objectives.Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.Ensure all deliverables meet Group quality standards.Stakeholder & Team Management:Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely updates.Mentor project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.Facilitate communication to address issues quickly and maintain project momentum.Risk & Issue Management:Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively manage issues impacting timelines or deliverables.Document project changes, decisions, and lessons learned.Reporting & Strategic Oversight:Track and report key project metrics and overall portfolio health to senior management.Prepare project evaluations and continuous improvement recommendations.Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for all projects.Qualifications and SkillsExperience:10+ years of demonstrated experience in project management and PMO leadership.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Oracle PPM, MS Project, Jira).Leadership:Proven leadership and team management abilities to drive complex projects to completion.Organizational Skills:Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.Communication:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Certifications:PMP, PgMP, or other advanced project management certifications preferred.Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced project tracking/reporting tools.
