What youll be doing: As a Software Engineer Level 1, youll be working closely with other developers to design and deliver high-quality software features. Youll take ownership of well-defined tasks, collaborate with the wider team, and steadily build your knowledge and confidence.

Heres a Snapshot Of What Your Day-to-day Might IncludeDelivering clean, efficient, and well-documented codeTaking responsibility for smaller engineering challenges from start to finishCollaborating with senior engineers to plan, test, and roll out new featuresTroubleshooting and fixing bugs in a structured and supportive environmentParticipating in code reviews and learning best practices from experienced team membersApplying secure coding practices to protect our platform and dataContributing to documentation to support knowledge sharing across the teamWorking on projects using our core tech stack: PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Git Required skills: We dont expect you to know everything, were here to help you grow.

But you should bring: Some experience with backend or full-stack development (through work, education, or personal projects)Familiarity with common tools and practices like version control, testing, and debuggingA good understanding of software engineering fundamentalsThe ability to break problems down and work through them methodicallyCuriosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to learn and develop your skillsA collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to team discussions Useful skills to have:
