About The JobThe Policies and Procedures Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures, managing the Delegation of Authority framework, and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.Job Responsibilities & Duties:Policies: Develop and revise organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals. Conduct research and analysis to support the development and revision of policies. Monitor and analyze policy effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.Procedures: Develop and document organizational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new procedures. Conduct regular reviews of procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective.Delegation of Authority (DoA): Manage the Delegation of Authority framework, ensuring that authority levels are clearly defined and communicated. Monitor and review delegation practices to ensure compliance with organizational policies. Provide training and support to employees on delegation practices and procedures.Quality Management System (QMS): Develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits of the QMS to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence. Support obtaining QMS related certifications.Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Compliance, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in policy development, procedure management, delegation of authority, or quality management roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in processing documentation and data analysis. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Additional Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic and English. Require visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches
