If you speak Polish fluently, love travel and aviation, and thrive in a dynamic airport environment, this on-site role is a great fit for you.What The Job Is AboutAs an Airline Support Specialist you will:Provide on-site support at the airport for Polish-speaking passengers handling check-in, boarding, flight queries and baggage concerns.Assist passengers with reservations, ticket changes, delays or cancellations, ensuring smooth travel experiences.Serve as a point of contact for Polish-speaking travellers guiding them through documentation, gate changes, airline procedures and airport logistics.Coordinate with airline staff, ground operations and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.Maintain clear records of passenger interactions and escalate cases when required to meet service standards.RequirementsWere looking for someone who:Is fluent in Polish (C1+) and has solid English for internal communication; additional languages are an advantage.Has previous customer-service or airline/airport experience familiarity with passenger services is a plus.Is comfortable working on-site at an international airport and can adapt to shift work (including early mornings, evenings, weekends).Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, is calm under pressure, and delivers positive passenger experiences.Is organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.What We OfferA full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon with a global airline brand.
