Portfolio and Marketing Director🌱 We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Portfolio and Marketing Director to join our Business Area Global team. In this role, you will drive the development of our portfolio and marketing strategies, lead brand and digital initiatives, and contribute to the overall direction of our business.You will play a key role in managing our portfolio and driving the development of value-adding, performance-focused solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will ensure our portfolio and marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and business goals.As a member of the BA Global management team, you will also contribute to broader business strategies, leadership practices, and innovation priorities.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement portfolio and marketing strategies.Contribute to innovation strategy and project prioritization based on global business needs.Lead the shift toward a more value- and performance-oriented offering.Drive digital development initiatives, including the use of AI to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.Manage brand strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning across markets.Lead and develop a high-performing team.Support sales and key accounts with technical expertise and portfolio insights.Manage the portfolio road-map and marketing plans to support product launches and commercial success.What we are looking for:🌱 We’re looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset and has a strong experience in portfolio and marketing management in international market. Ideally, you also have:Understanding of industrial business processes.Experience in innovation process management and digital projects.Excellent leadership skills.Knowledge about horticulture or related industry.Willingness and capabilities to travel.Enjoys working in diverse, international teams.Brings innovation with a positive and proactive mindset.Fluency in English.
