The States of Guernsey are looking for a Portfolio Director IT Change to join the Digital & Technology team. The Portfolio Director IT Change is the key officer within Digital & Technology Change accountable for managing the demand and responsible for the delivery of States of Guernsey’s (SOG) assigned business portfolio projects. The post holder will be accountable for ensuring quality, timely and costly delivery of the various IT portfolios reporting to the post holder, whilst being consulted and/or informed of project progress if infrastructure related programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
