Job Description

As a Portfolio Manager within L'Oréal ANZ, you will be a key liaison between the customer service team and the division, ensuring optimal stock allocation strategies and you'll play a vital role in maximizing customer service levels while aligning with business priorities and turnover objectives. You will report to the Portfolio & Catalogue Manager and work closely with several individuals from different metiers. This role focuses on process improvement and collaboration, not direct team management.Strategic Stock Allocation: Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock availability across the division portfolio, ensuring products are available to meet customer demand.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service team, the physical distribution teams, the division, and other relevant departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the stock allocation process. This includes streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and developing best practices.We Are Looking ForSkillsThe ideal candidate is highly organized and analytical individual with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
