If you are looking for a fresh start in Porto this spring, we have a project starting on April 9th that actually solves the biggest headache of moving: finding a place to live. We are looking for Dutch speakers to support patients using diabetes medical devices. Its a role where you genuinely help people manage their health every day.The Practical DetailsThe Housing Fix: Portos rental market is tough, so were offering a shared apartment for €280 a month. This includes all your utilities (water, electricity, internet) for the first year.The Money: The base is €1,100 (paid 14 times a year), plus a €150 monthly bonus.The Welcome: There is a €2,000 sign-on bonus just for joining the team.Hybrid Setup: You'll have a mix of working from home and our Porto office.What The Work Looks LikeYou'll be the go-to person for Dutch-speaking patients who need help with their medical devices—everything from technical troubleshooting to managing their supply orders.Since medical needs don't stop, we work on a 24/7 rotation. This includes weekends and occasional night shifts (though the night team is small, so its not a constant thing).Youll be using both Dutch and English (B2/C1) to document cases and communicate with the team.Who fits this role?You speak Dutch fluently and are comfortable in an English-speaking professional environment.You are the kind of person who stays calm when others are stressed and actually enjoys problem-solving.Youre ready to be in Porto and start training on April 9th.If this sounds like a good fit, lets get the ball rolling.
