All professional work equipment (laptop, headset, etc.) is provided by the company.Good to Have (But Not Essential):Previous experience (6+ months) in customer service/contact center, or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).📅 Work Schedule and ConditionsContract: Permanent (Indefinite) employment contract from day one.Work Model: 100% Remote (Based in Bulgaria only).Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts to cover the Portuguese market.
