Do you want to launch a rewarding career in customer support, working 100% remotely from the comfort of your home?We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Advisor to support a major project for a leading global healthcare company.πŸ“ Location: 100% Remote within Bulgaria onlyβ€”no relocation is necessary or offered.πŸ’‘ About the RoleAs a Remote Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers and consumers, providing exceptional support related to a variety of established and trusted consumer health and wellness products.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesFirst-Contact Resolution: Efficiently and courteously handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Portuguese-speaking customers (product info, usage, ordering, feedback).Expert Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the supported products to provide accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive information.Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document all interactions in the CRM, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, especially for healthcare products.Troubleshooting: Guide customers through basic troubleshooting for product use or delivery issues.Feedback & Improvement: Identify customer trends, escalate complex cases, and provide insights for continuous service improvement.Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of professional, empathetic, and compliant communication.βœ… What You'll Bring to the TeamMandatory Requirements:Location: Must be currently residing and legally eligible to work in Bulgaria (proof required).Language Fluency (Portuguese): Native or near-native fluency (C2 level), both written and verbal, is essential.Language Proficiency (English): Strong professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) for internal communication and documentation.Technical Setup: A quiet, distraction-free home workspace and reliable, high-speed internet connection. All professional work equipment (laptop, headset, etc.) is provided by the company.Good to Have (But Not Essential):Previous experience (6+ months) in customer service/contact center, or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).πŸ“… Work Schedule and ConditionsContract: Permanent (Indefinite) employment contract from day one.Work Model: 100% Remote (Based in Bulgaria only).Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts to cover the Portuguese market.
