As a Post Closer at NVR, you will be responsible for the review and accuracy of closed loan files in accordance with required timeframes. Your detail-orientation and ability to manage resources will ensure you play a critical role in maintaining compliance and streamlining our business. This position is based on-site in our NVR mortgage offices.

Primary ResponsibilitiesReview conventional and government signed closing packages for completenessWork with title companies on obtaining closing packages timelyReview files for QC accuracy and clear closing conditionsWork with multiple internal partners to meet required timelinesNotify appropriate branch and centralized closing personnel of individual file deficienciesRespond to inquiries regarding missing documentationQualificationsWorking knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures preferredProficient with Microsoft suite, especially Excel programExcellent customer service and oral/written communication skillsStrong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-taskLife at NVRAs the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is committed to your success and we will give you the tools, training, and industry knowledge you need to excel and thrive.
