The Poultry Farm Manager will oversee and manage daily farm operations, including the care and management of poultry, maintaining biosecurity measures, monitoring livestock health, and ensuring productivity standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, managing farm inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health standards. The manager will also focus on optimizing operational efficiency and implementing best practices for poultry farming.QualificationsExperience in animal care, poultry management, and livestock health monitoringKnowledge of biosecurity measures and compliance with relevant industry regulationsStrong leadership, staff supervision, and team management skillsProficiency in inventory management and planning for operational efficiencyProblem-solving skills and the ability to implement best practices in poultry farmingStrong communication and organizational skillsPrior experience as a farm manager or similar role is preferredBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is advantageousThe salary is 1500 dirhams, in addition to accommodation, transportation, and some basic food supplies.
