This role blends high-end kitchen design expertise with refined client-facing sales experience. You will welcome clients into the showroom, understand their needs, and translate them into thoughtful design concepts that reflect Stosa’s Italian design philosophy. The role requires guiding clients through layouts, materials, finishes, and technical detailing while delivering a warm, premium showroom experience. Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and project teams is essential, along with the ability to present ideas confidently and clearly.Requirements• Lead consultations and create bespoke kitchen proposals• Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, and material selections• Advise clients on finishes, modules, and functional planning• Support sales by presenting concepts and closing projects• Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure design accuracy• Maintain strong client relationships and provide an elevated showroom experience• Contribute to the overall design standards and visual identity of the showroomQualifications• A minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen design or interior design or architecture• A strong design portfolio that reflects refined taste and technical capability• Proven sales experience and a client oriented approach• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent spoken and written English• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools• Deep understanding of cabinetry systems, hardware, appliances, and kitchen planning• The ability to work both independently and as part of a design focused team• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar field is required
