The SO Hair Stylist represents SO style, mission and philosophy and is always on the lookout for new trends products and services to introduce to the team. You should be someone who has excellent communication skills and is really passionate about fashion, music, art, new products and hair!Be committed to deliver the set revenue targets by SO management on a weekly and monthly basis. Perform professional hair services to effectively satisfy the guests of SO as well as showing willingness to train in any new SO salon assistants committed to improving their current skillsPrinciple Accountabilities:Greet clients and perform consultations in line with SO guidelines to establish client's requirements.Understanding the pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate client accordingly during consultation,Execute all cutting, coloring, styling and finishing to high standards whilst providing necessary information to the clients about the products being used.Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service sessionMaintaining detailed clients’ SERVICE HISTORY by recording products used during each visits - example hair color details, treatment detailsLearning and perfecting new styles and techniquesMaintain technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops; reviewing  and researching publications, internet and social mediaAttending events outside of SO in order to promote the brand externallyAchieve service and product  revenue targets  Daily, weekly, monthly basisTo take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basisAssisting in maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products, anticipating needs of the hair sectionTaking proper care of the tools and equipment To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by SO and the  Dubai MunicipalityEnsure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.
