Job Title: Illustrator (1 Position)About the JobWe are looking for a skilled and imaginative Illustrator to join our creative team. The successful candidate will produce high-quality visual assets for a range of projects including digital campaigns, editorial materials, print collateral, exhibitions, NFTs and interactive experiences. You will work closely with art directors, designers, content producers and product teams to translate concepts into distinctive, on-brand illustrations that communicate clearly and engage diverse audiences.Responsibilities- Create original illustrations (vector and raster) for web, social, print, presentations, and immersive experiences.- Produce concept sketches, storyboards and polished artwork that align with brand guidelines and project briefs.- Collaborate with art directors, UX/UI designers, and copywriters to ensure visual and narrative cohesion.- Prepare final assets in required formats and resolutions; deliver layered source files and optimized exports.- Adapt artwork for multiple formats (responsive assets, banners, thumbnails, avatars, cover images, print layouts).- Maintain and evolve the visual style library and illustration system for consistent application across products.- Support motion/animated iterations of key illustrations (basic frame-by-frame or vector-based animation) when required.- Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback, and meet production deadlines.- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, shows, and cross-disciplinary projects (XR, NFTs, exhibitions).Qualifications- 3+ years professional experience as an illustrator, visual designer, or similar role (in-house or agency).- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, character design, environmental illustration, and polished final artwork.- Proficiency with industry tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and at least one digital painting tool (Procreate, Clip Studio, or equivalent). Familiarity with Figma/Sketch a plus.- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, typography basics, and visual storytelling.- Experience producing assets for both digital (web, social, motion) and print is required.- Ability to deliver clean layered files, SVGs and export-ready assets; awareness of web performance best practices.- Basic knowledge of motion/animation workflows (After Effects, Lottie, or frame export) is an advantage.- Strong communication skills in English; ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple briefs simultaneously.- Degree or diploma in Illustration, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.What We Offer- A creative, multidisciplinary team and opportunities to work on projects spanning digital, physical and immersive platforms.- Competitive compensation and project-based bonuses.- Support for professional development and participation in exhibitions, publications and creative events.- Flexible working arrangements.How to ApplyPlease send the following to **farhang@parsikia.ir** with subject line **"Illustrator Application"**:1.
