Job Description

We are seeking a Power BI developer to work within our Business Intelligence team to design, develop, test and implement Power BI dashboards and reports for SAP and Non-SAP source systems. Participate in business requirements gatherings, prepare technical documents, perform gap analysis and design the front-end objects to facilitate custom reporting and data analytics solutions. Provide support and maintenance of all components, troubleshoot and debug data issues. Perform other duties as assigned.Required SkillsExperience in Power BI developing visual dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports utilizing Power View, Power Map and Power Pivot.Consume data from Azure Analysis Services, Azure SQL database, SQL Server and other sources to create custom reports.Design complex data intensive formatted reports utilizing various functions in Power BI.Write complex DAX functions in Power BI and Power Pivot.Create row level security on data models.Published paginated reports in Workspaces.Coding experience in SQL/Python.Deploy objects in Power BI Desktop, Power Automate, Web Clients and Mobile Applications.Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics pipelines, and Databricks Notebooks.Debug data issues and maintain performance. Work on projects and provide support.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of ML, AI and Predictive Analytics.Familiarity with BusinessObjects, SAP BW and BODS.Exposure to SAP ECC, Prophet 21 and JIRA.Requirements2+ years proven experience in Business Intelligence environment, including technical documentation / functionalityKnowledge of relational database structure and functionalityProven analytical and problem solving ability, time management and prioritization skillsUnderstanding of reporting tools such as Business Objects suite of products (Web Intelligence, Dashboards-Xcelsius or Design Studio) or similar BI toolsDemonstrated knowledge of SQL or equivalentContinuous learning mindsetBachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experienceMust live in Cleveland metro area.
