This position partners directly with stakeholders to translate business needs and pain points into robust, scalable Power Platform solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).Demonstrated ability to analyse and map business processes and translate findings into solution designs for Power Platform tools, including CoPilot and CoPilot Agents/Studio.Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution documentation.Experience integrating data from multiple sources and building interactive dashboards.Familiarity with data governance, security, and best practices for enterprise solutions.DesirableUnderstanding of regulated environments (e.g., financial services) is a significant advantageExperience with advanced Power Platform features (custom connectors, AI Builder, CoPilot Studio).Exposure to Azure services and automation.Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certification.Who are we looking for?We’re seeking a Power Platform specialist who excels at engaging with stakeholders, exploring business processes in depth, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Curiosity, collaboration, and a drive for continuous improvement are key.What is your role and your responsibilities?Stakeholder Engagement & Process DiscoveryEngage directly with business teams to capture requirements and understand process challenges.Deep-dive into business processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover operational needs and desired outcomes.Solution Design & DocumentationTranslate business insights into detailed solution designs for Power Platform applications, automation workflows, and dashboards.Document requirements, solution architectures, and user stories to guide implementation.Ensure all solutions are user-friendly, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.Power Platform EnablementDesign and configure applications, automations, and analytics using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and CoPilot (Agents/Studio).Champion the adoption of new features, including AI Builder and CoPilot, where appropriate.Provide guidance and support to users adopting Power Platform tools.Governance & InnovationEnsure all solutions comply with data governance and security standards.Stay up-to-date with Power Platform advancements, including CoPilot and CoPilot Agents/Studio, and identify opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem.Maintain a feedback loop to refine and enhance solutions post-launch.Success MeasuresDelivery of high-impact Power Platform solutions (including CoPilot Agents) that address business needs.Reduction in manual effort and process inefficiencies through automation.High stakeholder engagement and satisfaction rates.Compliance with governance and security standards.Contribution to digital transformation and innovation initiatives.What Competencies do you require?Effective Communication Communicates effectively, engaging with others in a warm and professional manner.
