You’ll work closely with sales leadership, providing hands-on support while also helping shape and drive strategic priorities across the region.This is a role for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in — whether that means working alongside front-line sales teams to solve day-to-day challenges or stepping back to provide strategic insights that shape business decisions. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Revenue Operations, you will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing, pan-EMEA sales structure. This is more than just a support role—you will be a strategic partner, working closely with sales leadership to drive operational efficiency and business success.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoAct as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, renewals, and other operational functions.Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for recent business acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into the sales organization.Drive key sales operations initiatives, including quota and territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales automation.Support sales commission calculations, sales rep performance tracking, and account/lead management.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize sales effectiveness.Qualifications5+ years of Operations, Finance, or relevant work experienceExperience in Enterprise technology industryExperience working in dynamic multi-country and cross-cultural environmentsProficiency with enterprise tools – SFDC, Clari, Power BI, Excel, PowerPointAbility to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible, and open-mindedCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated analytical and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam player.Why Join Us?
