The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to automate business processes, streamline workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. This role also involves providing ongoing support and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of Power Platform solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopmentDesign and develop custom applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) tailored to various business needs.Build and automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.Develop and manage reports and dashboards with Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.Configure and administer Dataverse, including entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles.Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools, Azure services, and enterprise systems.Support & MaintenanceProvide ongoing technical support to end-users, enabling effective use of Power Platform tools.Monitor the performance, stability, and security of Power Platform solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues to ensure service reliability.Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and deployments.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse.Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom Power Apps solutions.Knowledge of data modeling, integration techniques, and business process automation.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Preferred QualificationsPower BI certification or equivalent.Experience with Microsoft Azure services and other Microsoft 365 tools.Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies.Experience with API integrations and external data sources.Work LocationHome-basedShould have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM) Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
