We use our skills and systems to empower innovation; helping our clients shape communities, optimise their assets and streamline their operations.While our experience has been 100 years in the making, it is the fresh talent we're nurturing, the innovative thinking we're developing and the connections that we're forging that get us most excited for the future.We’re currently recruiting a Power Systems Drafter – AutoCAD in our Indonesia office.ResponsibilitiesProduce routine drawings under the guidance of senior engineersDevelop computer-aided drafting skills to produce drawings that comply with company and industry standardsDevelop an understanding of clients’ drawing management systemsCommunicate positively and effectively by keeping the team and team leader informed on job progressActively manage time and demonstrate commitment to qualityMaintain positive working relationships, even in challenging situationsParticipate professionally and enthusiastically in project teamsExperience / QualificationsCompleted tertiary or technical qualification – SMK, D3, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field2–4 years of relevant work experienceAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D draftingExposure to Autodesk Inventor is an advantageExperience in power projects is an advantageWorking proficiency in English (written and verbal)Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processesGeneral ExpectationsMaintain professionalism and act in accordance with industry ethicsAlign contributions and efforts with organisational objectivesComply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the roleWork cooperatively and collaboratively, willingly accepting shared workload and supporting others as neededPerform other duties as directed
