About the JobWe are looking to hire a PR & Communications Executive Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).1–2 years of proven experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or brand management.Experience working in agency or in-house communications teams, preferably within sports, tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, or corporate sectors.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English (additional languages a plus).Strong ability to craft press releases, media pitches, speeches, and social media content.Demonstrated experience managing media relations — cultivating and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.Solid understanding of brand positioning, messaging consistency, and audience engagement strategies.Proficiency with digital media platforms, social listening tools, and analytics.Strong storytelling and presentation abilities with creative thinking.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proven experience in event coordination, and press conference organization is an advantage.Ability to work effectively under pressure and within cross-functional teams.Keen sense of attention to detail, adaptability, and professionalism in all communications.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Personal AttributesEnergetic, proactive, and resourceful team player.Strategic mindset with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling confidential information.Work location: On-site, Palaio Faliro, Athens, GreeceIf you are looking to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the field of PR & Communications, we would love to hear from you.
