About IthacaIthaca is a growing non-profit organization that, since 2016, has been providing hygiene and support services to people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable groups, aiming to promote social reintegration and preserve human dignity.As a SoMe Assistant, you will contribute to the design and implementation of Ithaca’s digital communication strategy, enhancing awareness, community engagement, and support for our initiatives.If you are inspired by social impact, enjoy organization and creativity, and want to play an active role in the growth of a dynamic and innovative NGO, we would love to have you on our team.🎯 ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement communication and promotion strategies across Ithaca’s social media channels, website, and other digital platforms.Design and execute awareness and fundraising campaigns to increase visibility and support for the organization.Create, manage, and monitor content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and update and optimize the organization’s website.Produce engaging written and visual materials (posts, press releases, blog articles, newsletters, email marketing).Plan, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize performance.Analyze data and prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media Insights, providing recommendations to improve communication strategies.Collaborate with the organization’s team to plan, monitor, and evaluate communication activities.👤 Candidate ProfileDegree or specialization in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics will be considered an asset.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Empathy, social awareness, and resilience in demanding environments.🎁 What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of an organization with strong social impact and growth potential.A collaborative and supportive work environment, with a culture of trust and teamwork.Training and skill development through daily experience and dedicated learning opportunities.Career advancement prospects within a growing and dynamic team.Hybrid work model (3 days in the office & 2 days remote).Monthly public transport card provided.📍 Additional InformationLocation: AthensContract type: Part-time, fixed-term (12 months)Preferred Start Date: January 2nd, 2026Reports to: Communications Manager📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to hr@ithacalaundry.gr by November 28st, 2025.
