In Store Clienteling Manager (Miu Miu)

The In Store Clienteling Manager for Miu Miu in Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue plays a critical role in driving customer loyalty, repeat business, and personalized client engagement in the flagship store. This position is responsible for developing and executing clienteling strategies to elevate the customer experience, increase client retention, and grow the store’s top-performing client base. As a leader in luxury retail, the Clienteling Manager will coach and support sales teams in delivering high-touch service and maximizing individual client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Development & EngagementDevelop and implement robust clienteling strategies tailored to the flagship environment.

Cultivate relationships with VIPs, high-net-worth individuals, and key local/international clients. Identify opportunities to personalize outreach, gifting, and exclusive experiences for top-tier clients. Lead the planning and execution of in-store events and private appointments. Team Enablement & CoachingTrain and coach the sales team on best-in-class clienteling techniques and tools (CRM usage, outreach planning, follow-ups). Set KPIs and benchmarks for client outreach, retention, and reactivation across the sales team. Partner with management to recognize and reward clienteling excellence among team members. CRM & AnalyticsAnalyze CRM data to identify client trends, opportunities, and gaps.

Collaborate with corporate CRM and marketing teams to optimize segmentation and outreach campaigns. Monitor and report on clienteling performance metrics, providing insights and actions for improvement. Customer Experience LeadershipChampion a culture of client obsession and service excellence on the sales floor. Ensure clienteling efforts align with brand values and uphold a luxury service standard. Personally assist with high-profile client appointments when needed.
